All content, stats, and exportable files are the exclusive property of BigDataBall or its content providers or licensors. You are allowed to export “only one copy” of the materials on this website to an “only single device” which is “only for your personal, non-commercial use”, as you are retaining all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may NOT use BigDataBall’s works for commercial purposes or you may not resell files that you downloaded from BigDataBall. The download count of datasets are tracked, and they will be disabled in cases of abusal.

PAYMENT METHODS

• Our non-recurring payment process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all non-recurring orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries regarding your payment and handling returns.
• Our recurring payment process is conducted by Stripe.

REFUNDS

We will review your situation if you accidentally purchased the wrong type of stats. But, due to the nature of exporting digital data to your device, there is simply a no return policy for the purchases of;

• Historical datasets
• “One-Off Pass” and “Season Pass” in-season datasets. Note that season-pass plans will automatically expire at the end of the season. If you need a trial of in-season datasets, we recommend you to purchase “Monthly Pass” plans instead of “season pass” plans.
• “Monthly Pass” in-season datasets are charged month-to-month” and can be canceled at any time. Payments made for the past months will not be refundable.
• Schedules.
