NBA In-Season Plans

Daily updates will be made available within 2 to 4 hours following the completion of the last game of the day, usually at some time between 2 AM (ET) and 5 AM (ET). In case a major issue prevents us from updating stats, we will try hard to resolve and datasets will be uploaded within 36 hours. Make sure you’ll get notified every time there’s an issue.

There are two ways:
1) By Signing In

1.A.) If you have signed up before: You can access datasets any time you want with signing in to your account and visiting NBA data delivery page which also can be reached under the ‘user-icon’ menu located at the upper-right of the website.

1.B.) If you have NOT signed up before: When your shopping cart includes a product that needs you to have an account, you will be asked to set your password at the checkout page. Here’s a step-by-step guide for accessing in-season stats:

1.B.1.) Choose your in-season plan(s) and add to your shopping cart.
1.B.2.) Proceed to the checkout page and set your account password before you make the payment.
1.B.3.) If you end up completing the payment, you can access in-season datasets by just clicking your stats central page under the ‘user-icon’ menu at the upper right of the website.

Make sure you’re logged in every time you want to access to the updated in-season datasets. Please contact us if you are still unable to get your datasets.

2) Via Dropbox or Google Drive
If you’ve purchased a “season pass”, we can invite you to join our shared folders on Dropbox or Google Drive.

In-season plans are not automatically renewed for the next season, you need to purchase a new one for each season. You can only cancel your monthly plan where you’re charged monthly at any time, but refunds for the past payments are not acceptable. Season Pass and One-Off Pass could not be canceled or refunded.

If you’ve previously purchased a season pass for any sports, activate your 10% discount that can be applied to all season pass plans added in your cart. The member discount and academic research discount does not apply to Season Pass and Month-to-Month Pass plans.

If you just need the most recent copy of the current season dataset, consider buying One-Off Pass plans. Once you buy a One-Off Pass plan, you will receive an email with a direct, one-off access link(s) to the most recently updated season-to-date (includes stats for all games played so far) stats. Unlike other plans, One-Off Pass plans do not require a sign-up and an account.

In-season plans don’t include pre-season games and all-star game. All games from the regular season, in-season tournament, play-in and playoffs games are included.
