If you have purchased an in-season plan, there are three ways to access current season datasets:
1) By Signing In
1.A.) If you have signed up before: You can access stats any time you want by just signing in. Then click your stats central page which is under the ‘user-icon’ menu at the upper-right of website.
1.B.) If you have NOT signed up before: When your shopping cart includes a product which needs you to have an account, you will be asked to set your password at the checkout page. Here’s a step-by-step guide for accessing in-season stats:
1.B.1.) Choose your in-season plan(s) and add to your shopping cart.
1.B.2.) Proceed to the checkout page and set your account password before making the payment.
1.B.3.) If you end up completing the payment, you can access in-season datasets by just clicking your stats central page which is under the ‘user-icon’ menu at the upper-right of the website.
Make sure you’re logged in every time you want to access to the updated in-season datasets. Please contact us if you are still unable to get your datasets.
2) Via Dropbox
If you’ve purchased a “season pass”, you can request an invite to our shared folders on Dropbox. Visit the downloads central page of the plan you purchased (example: NBA stats central) to fill the form. Complete form for each of the season pass you have access to.
3) Via Google Drive
If you’ve purchased a “season pass”, you can request an invite to our shared folders on Google Drive. Visit the downloads central page of the plan you purchased (example: NFL stats central) to fill the form. Complete form for each of the season pass you have access to.
